Yevgeniy Shandler is a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM. He has worked for the City of New York since 2004 and has mapped out business workflows and aligned resolutions for the NYC’s 311, The City University’s School of Professional Studies, and the Citywide Training Center with DCAS’s Learning & Development Bureau.
He is an education professional with outstanding execution and delivery of professional development, management, and technical educational portfolios. For the past 20 years, as an adjunct professor at the Kingsborough Community College and other universities, he re-developed and instructed a superior medical anatomy and physiology program.
Yevgeniy has completed graduate work in Educational Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the City University of New York.
